Easy Loan Process
There is a great deal involved in getting a mortgage loan. It is such an important financial process that you are best served by working with and receiving the guidance of a knowledgeable professional. The transaction involves a number of business professionals, each with their own set of federal and state requirements and guidelines. Your professional loan officer does the heavy lifting for you, so you can concentrate on what's important to you – making plans, preparing to move into your new home, and saving money.
With Flagship Financial there are three steps involved in getting a loan. You'll see that we've made your part in each step as easy as possible.

|
Step One: You Contact Us!
It really is that easy. We will ask you a few, but important questions and then share with you information and begin to collect information and documentation necessary to allow us to determine which loan program will best meet your needs. We’ll then get you approved for that loan with the lowest costs. At the conclusion of this work we’ll be able to give you a good idea as to your loan’s terms. |

|
Step Two: Pre-Approval!
You complete your application with us (easily done on our website) and provide us the requested documentation. Once received and within 72 hours, or less, you will have in hand a “Pre-approval” Letter allowing you to approach the seller with confidence in your lender’s support of your offer, up to the pre-approved figure. Naturally, you will have to meet any future lender conditions and the home will have to appraise for the appropriate value. This pre-approval gives you significant buying power. |

Step Three: Processing & Closing
Once your offer is accepted, we’ll order the appraisal for you and begin processing your loan using the information and documentation you have already provided. We’ll work with you and your agent in designating an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan, we’ll coordinate with that company to make sure all the paperwork required by your lender is in order, and we’ll coordinate with that company your signing of the paperwork to bring your loan to close. |
